This Privacy Policy describes how Parte OÜ ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of Flowboards (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information from Trello

When you use the Service as a Trello Power-Up, we access certain data from your Trello account and boards through Trello’s official Power-Up platform and APIs, including:

  • Board metadata (board name, board ID)
  • List data (list names, list IDs, positions)
  • Card data (card names, card IDs, positions, list membership)
  • Your Trello member information (member ID, display name) as provided through the Power-Up context

We do not store your Trello password or authentication credentials.

Layout and visual data

We store the visual layout data you create using the Service, including node positions, shapes, connectors, and styling information. This data is associated with a specific Trello board.

Billing information

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy for information about how they handle payment data.

Waitlist signup data (Tally)

During prelaunch, we collect waitlist submissions through Tally forms. The submitted information may include your email address and any optional details you provide in the form.

We use this data to manage early access, send product updates, and communicate launch information. Tally processes this data on our behalf. Please refer to Tally’s privacy policy for details about their processing practices.

Usage data

We may collect basic usage data, such as feature usage patterns and error logs, to improve the Service. This data is not tied to individual Trello card or task content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Render your Trello board data in the visual canvas
  • Save and load your board-specific visual layouts
  • Manage subscriptions and trial access at the board level
  • Communicate with you about the Service (support, billing, updates)
  • Diagnose technical issues and improve reliability

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Lemon Squeezy — for payment processing and subscription management
  • Infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage (data is processed according to their respective privacy policies)
  • Legal compliance — if required by law, regulation, or legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your visual layout data as long as you have an active subscription or trial for a board. If a subscription expires and is not renewed, we may retain layout data for a reasonable period to allow reactivation, after which it may be deleted.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@flowboards.eu.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Trello (by Atlassian) and Lemon Squeezy. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
