What happens after the trial?

When your 14-day trial ends, choose monthly or yearly billing to keep full access to the visual canvas, saved layouts, and editing capabilities for that board.

If you choose not to subscribe, the board's visual workflow features will be paused. Your Trello board and cards are never affected — they remain exactly as they are in Trello.

Pricing questions

Why is pricing per board instead of per user?
A board-level subscription means your whole team gets access to the visual workflow on that board — no need to count seats or manage per-user licenses.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same features, different billing cycle. The yearly plan includes 2 months free compared to paying monthly.
Can I use it on multiple boards?
Yes. Each board has its own subscription and trial. You can activate the Power-Up on as many boards as you need.
Is there a credit card required for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts when you install the Power-Up on a board. No payment information needed until you decide to subscribe.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly (or vice versa)?
Yes. Email support@flowboards.eu and we will help you change your billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
Email support@flowboards.eu for cancellation help. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Billing is handled through Lemon Squeezy, which supports major credit cards and other payment methods depending on your region.
