Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flowboards (the "Service"), operated by Parte OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service is a Trello Power-Up that provides a visual flowchart and diagram interface for Trello boards. It allows users to view, arrange, and annotate Trello board data in a visual canvas and save a persistent layout per board.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Trello account to use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Account and Access

The Service authenticates through Trello’s Power-Up platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Trello account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new boards. The trial length, features, and conditions may be modified at our discretion. The current trial period is 14 days per board. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

After the trial period, continued access to the Service’s features on a board requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed per Trello board.

Billing is processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect active billing periods.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are governed by Lemon Squeezy’s terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription requirements, or editor locks
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Parte OÜ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Trello data and visual layout content.

You grant us a limited license to access and process your Trello board data and visual layout data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Trello (by Atlassian) and Lemon Squeezy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Parte OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parte OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Harju maakond, without regard to conflict of law principles.
